Guy טשרניחובסקי

Guy Bracha is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry in Israel and Eastern Europe. He is a certified lawyer with a bachelor's degree in business administration, law, and finance from IDC Herzliya, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. He has led successful business development and management initiatives, as well as provided legal advice for corporate operations and real estate, with a proven track record in communicating effectively with investors and motivating employees.

Bracha's vast experience includes serving as the Vice President of Business Development and Director of the Real Estate Division at Techno Test, formerly as the Managing Partner at Bracha Tchernichovsky & Co., the Co-Founder, and Vice President of Business Development at Afikim 38, and as a member of the Real Estate Department focused on TMA38 Projects at Steinmetz, Haring, Gurman & Co. Advocates. Additionally, he has volunteered as a lecturer for entrepreneurship programs at IDC Herzliya and other institutions.

Aside from his professional experience, Bracha also previously held the position of Deputy Commander of a naval fighter ship in the Israel Defense Forces. He has also held positions as the Founder and Program Manager of Greenbiz at Shikun & Binui Arison Group and the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, the Executive Manager of Green Workshop at IDC Herzliya, and Project Manager at Migdalor Group, and Manager of the National Outline Plan 38 Department at Geva Engineering.
