Gustavo Vitti

Gustavo Vitti is the Vice President of People at iFood, a well-known food delivery app in Brazil. He studied physics at Universidade Estadual de Campinas before pursuing a career in operations, logistics, planning, sales and people management. Gustavo's passion for both logic and human development led him to focus on people management. He has gained experience in various sectors and markets, including Logistics, Industrialized Products, and Rail Transportation. Gustavo's most recent experience was in Asia before returning to Brazil to become part of the revolution of iFood. He is the father of two daughters, Yasmin and Alice, and enjoys playing tennis in his spare time. Gustavo has an Advanced Executive Program in Management from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
