Gustavo Tessaro is a young professional with a diverse and impressive background. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP/FCAV), in Brazil, where he honed his skills in agriculture, research, and technology.

Early in his career, Gustavo underwent officer training in the Brazilian Army as a Reservist, which helped him develop qualities such as discipline, respect, and responsibility – values he still carries with him today.

In 2016, he entered the field of Human Resources as a trainee and Director at the reputable company, CAP Jr Consultoria, where he was responsible for managing teams, optimizing resources, and providing top-notch advisory services. Just two years later, he was promoted to the role of President Director, where he demonstrated his leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.

Gustavo's professional experience isn't limited to the office. In 2019, he embarked on an exchange program to New Zealand, where he studied English, worked on several vegetable farms, and gained valuable insights into agriculture, food production, and farm management.

Most recently, Gustavo worked at Terra Magna as an Analyst of Quality, where he leveraged his knowledge of international food safety standards and data analysis to ensure the quality control of agricultural products. Now, he is a Trainee at Ipanema Coffees, where he continues to develop his skills in the field.
