Gustavo Carvalho

Gustavo Carvalho is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently recognized as the Founder of Joy Living Brasil. He has over 20 years of expertise, having held leadership positions in prominent multinational companies, particularly within Telefónica. His career at Telefónica began in 2000 as an intern, where he progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming the Chief Customer Operations & Technology Officer at Telefónica Global Solutions. In this role, he focuses on implementing technologies tailored for B2B customers and has overseen significant projects involving network infrastructure and service digitalization.1

Gustavo Carvalho holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UNISANTA in Brazil, an Executive MBA from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, and a Master's in Finance from Instituto de Empresas IE in Spain.
