Gustavo A. Caffaro

Gustavo Caffaro is a diligent graduate Economics and Fulbright scholar driven to find innovative solutions to complex global problems, with a particular focus on his home country.

He specializes in the amalgamation of machine learning and public finance, showcasing proficiency in debt management, portfolio risk management, and fiscal analysis and statistics.

Gustavo pursued his academic journey with a Master of Arts degree from New York University, a Master of Science from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, and a Bachelor of Arts from National Taiwan University, further enhancing his skills by studying Chinese at National Cheng Kung University.

With a distinguished career, Gustavo served as the Head of Capital Markets at Ministerio de Hacienda Rep. Dom. and held a teaching position at Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
