- Develop and strengthen long-term HR partnerships with governments, UN agencies, private sector, foundations and educational institutions.

• Lead change management, functional & training design initiatives for the OSCE’s new recruitment platform: TALEO
• Develop comprehensive approaches to attracting talent to the organization and ensuring candidates are provided a first-rate Candidate Experience;
• Review and improve the effectiveness of recruitment and selection tools and procedures with the objective of achieving thorough candidate vetting; ensure the effective use of databases and enterprise resource planning systems for recruitment, controlling and reporting;
• Lead the development of innovative measures in improving sourcing, employer branding and outreach to enhance the pool of qualified candidates;
• Liaise with business partners, participating States, international organizations and stakeholders in field operations and Institutions; provide advice and guidance with respect to policies, procedures and regulations relating to recruitment, and help to ensure compliance with the regulatory framework;
• Oversee the implementation and execution of operating procedures relating to the recruitment of contracted, seconded and temporary staff; lead 12 Recruiters, as well as ensure proper orientation and mentoring of staff; maintain performance management and appraisal, and co-ordinate recruitment work plans;  prepare and formulate budget proposals for the Unit and monitor financial expenditure;

Career Management
• Lead the design and application of a career development framework and career development tools for UNDP employees
• Lead the design of UNDP’s new Career Management Portal: Career Catalyst 
• Support global talent management activities such as career assessments, job readiness support, resume and cover letter preparation, interview techniques, career labs/counseling
• Design and conduct bi-weekly training on career management and career development topics available to all UNDP personnel,  including best practices from public and private sectors
• Manage the Career Management team consisting of staff on detail assignments, consultants, interns and Talent Development staff

Career and Capacity Management Specialist

•Design, Implement and Assess Candidate Sourcing & Outreach Strategy for the Agency to increase visibility of vacancies among non- and under-represented Member States, including women and potential candidates overall
