Gustav Rydbeck

Gustav Rydbeck is a prominent financial executive currently serving as the Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Equities at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. (BAM). He has been with BAM since 2014, initially joining as the Managing Director of Performance Analytics. Over the years, he has held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Portfolio Manager and Analyst Development, and has been instrumental in co-founding BAM's Anthem Equity Portfolio Manager Program, which aids senior analysts in their career progression.

Rydbeck's educational background is impressive; he graduated as the valedictorian from North Carolina State University with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering.
