* Dealing with positions from direct clients/MSP/prefer vendor.
* Getting the requirements from Account Managers, understanding and discussing them with Account Managers.
* Start seraching the consultants from internal database, my own pool of consultants, various job portals like dice, monster, careerbuilder, google, also from LinkedIn and always ask for reference from the consultant who is not interested in the project.
* Discussing the requirement with consultant and send email and ask for updated resume.
* After the requirement discussion, close the candidate with their salary expectation to the Account Manager.
* Coordinate with Account Manager and Candidate at time of interview.
* Taking feedback from Account Manager and updating Candidate.
* Doing mass/bulk mails from various sources and recruiting consultants on the Payroll of Mastech.
