Gunjan Saini

Gunjan Saini is currently serving as the Monitoring and Evaluation Lead (Consultant) at the Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office (DMEO) within NITI Aayog, a key policy think tank of the Government of India. In this role, Saini is involved in initiatives aimed at enhancing data governance and evidence-based policymaking, particularly through the implementation of the Data Governance Quality Index (DGQI) framework, which assesses and improves data preparedness across various ministries and departments.12
