As an SME development Specialist, I am technically leading the programming team in the ILO country office in Bangladesh. This includes activities including the Country office programming, resource mobilization, and technical oversight of the portfolio mainly on employment, skills, enterprises and migration.
I am also leading the ILO's Humanitarian-Development Peace Nexus programming in Cox's Bazar with focus on employment and economic resilience of the host communities in Rohingya Refugee inflicted areas of Cox's Bazar.

Worked with a business membership organization to promote businesses’ role in post-conflict economic recovery when Nepal was recovering from Decade-long armed civil unrest. 

Organized campaigns to create awareness about the need and importance of economic rehabilitation of the conflict victims and combatants. The campaign was targeting the Businesses, civil society, conflict victims and other stakeholders in the community

Institutional capacity building for the representative bodies of businesses, trade unions and the organizations working in promoting peace and reconciliation to promote economic recovery agenda

Worked with the TVET providers to promote technical, entrepreneurial and other soft skills to the combatants and conflict victims
