Joined this amazing healthcare startup from the beginning days as clinical strategy lead to contribute to building a unique healthcare technology platform connecting patients and doctors. My critical role being guiding all the teams building the platform with a strong clinical foundation. The amazing vision of the founders and the dynamic team always motivated me to think uniquely and helping to bring out the best at all times.
*Worked to set up the clinical protocols and algorithms to be integrated into the tech platforms across more than 20 clinical specialties. 
*Established standards in telemedicine and trained the Junior doctors in the basics of telemedicine,  digital health and patient safety and care, especially the finer clinical aspects which are non-existant and developed in-house. 
*Setup the clinical standards for teleconsultations and the emergency triage of clinical cases for patient safety and immediate recognition of critical illness leading to early referral to nearest centers helping save many lives, all of these remotely via telemedicine. 
*Worked closely with the amazing technology team at mfine to integrate and incorporate the clinical algorithms into artificial intelligence systems of the platform and develop an intelligent assistant for the clinicians using the platform and a reliable buddy for the patients to help them in their care as well. 
*Led the research activity and help set up the first-of-its-kind independent ethics committee focussed exclusively on digital health research.
