With a diverse work background spanning from international organizations such as Ernst & Young, OSCE, and the Netherlands Embassy to teaching social work at Medical Academy in Semey City, Kazakhstan, Gulnara brings a wealth of experience to the table
She is currently serving as a project director at the Global Health Research Center in Central Asia, leading a research study focused on MSM healthcare in Kazakhstan
Gulnara is also the founder and team leader of TEDxSemey, a licensed TEDx event that has successfully gathered over 100 participants annually since its inception in 2017
Her expertise includes social work trainings, community organizing, life coaching, LGBT affirmative therapy, supportive therapy for mothers of children with disabilities, project coordination, group therapy, public speaking, and social work advocacy
