Chief Executive Officer - Monaco Economic Board (MEB)
Guillaume Rose is the Chief Executive Officer at Monaco Economic Board (MEB), an association established in 1999 responsible for promoting the Principality's economy and aiding in its development.
MEB serves as the Monaco Government's operational arm, prioritizing services to the 500 Monaco companies who are its members. The organization consists of two main departments: Monaco Chamber of Commerce and Monaco Invest.
Monaco Chamber of Commerce focuses on local and international development of Monaco companies, providing a range of services and organizing activities. On the other hand, Monaco Invest assists foreign business entities and individuals looking to establish a presence in the Principality.
Additionally, as a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), MEB serves as the Monegasque National Committee within this global organization. The MEB Board, comprising members from companies, professional bodies, and State institutions, represents all economic stakeholders in Monaco.
Guillaume Rose pursued a Master's degree in cinema with a specialization in International Marketing at the International University of Monaco. He also studied Licence et Maîtrise de Cinéma at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris 3.
Prior to his role at MEB, Guillaume Rose held positions such as National Councillor and President of the Environment and Quality of Life Commission at the National Council, Conseiller Technique at Gouvernement Monaco, Directeur du Tourisme et des Congrès at Gouvernement Monaco, among others.
His experience includes roles at Monte-Carlo SBM / Société des Bains de Mer, where he served as Chef de Département Communication, Adjoint au Directeur Général, Auditeur interne, Responsable de la Communication des Casinos, Assistant de Publicité, and various positions at LMK Images-Marin Karmitz, Série Limitée, Belbo Films.
Guillaume Rose brings a wealth of experience and expertise in economic development, communication, tourism, and international commerce to his current role at MEB.
