For almost a decade, he has been actively involved in the Ânima Educação ecosystem, particularly with Inspirali, a medical education institution where he plays a pivotal role but prefers not to be referred to as the CEO.

He strongly believes in the power of teams to drive transformation and dedicates a significant amount of his time and energy to team building and fostering cohesive leadership groups based on trust and staying attuned to external developments to chart the right course.
