Guilherme Reitz

Guilherme Reitz is an entrepreneur with more than 12 years of experience and a passion for his work. He embarked on two journeys in the world of entrepreneurship before successfully scaling the business model with Axado, a pioneering and leading logistics technology startup for e-commerce. After four and a half years of hard work, including two rounds of fundraising and an acquisition, he sold the company to Mercado Livre for R $26 million in 2016. Reitz then chose to help others as a mentor for the Endeavor organization before meeting a fellow entrepreneur in the franchise sector. After listening to his pain points and conducting research in the sector, Reitz co-founded Yungas. At Yungas, he acts as CEO and manages the company while also selling large projects including operations involving thousands of people, multiple brands, various channels, and hundreds of units. Currently, Yungas operates 4,000 franchises, and they hope to reach 30,000 within the next 24 months.
