Guilherme Ralisch has a diverse background in entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact. With 8 years of experience in developing entrepreneurs and innovation ecosystems, he founded Casulo Impacto in 2020 and works as a consultant for projects related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and social transformation. He is also a program manager for Yunus Corporate Social Innovation, where he leads business acceleration and monitoring programs. Before that, he worked as a Head of Partnerships at Wayra Brasil, a corporate innovation platform, managing the BNDES Garage program expansion and partner network in Brazil. He also worked as a Manager at Ade Sampa, restructuring the Vai Tec program that accelerated 24 innovative businesses in São Paulo's suburbs in its third edition. He created Startup SP, a program for Sebrae-SP that supported more than 300 digital startups in different cities in São Paulo, and worked as a consultant for inclusive businesses, aiding community enterprises in various regions of Brazil. Ralisch has a degree in Administration from USP Ribeirão Preto and international experiences, including working for a social business in Delhi, India, for a year.
