Guido van Broekhoven

Guido van Broekhoven is an experienced all-round forwarder with a specialty in Africa, regarded as an expert in transport and logistics. He is also a proficient and certified customs broker. Guido has gained his extensive knowledge of the industry through his work and education, holding diplomas in Douane Declarant and Post-HBO Pedagogisch Didactisch Getuigschrift from KGH Douane Opleiding and Hogeschool Rotterdam, respectively. He also studied Post-HBO Marketing and Sales at the University of Liverpool.

Currently a teacher in Port Logistics and Customs at STC Group, Guido has a robust career history. His previous positions include being the Manager of Customs & Trade Affairs Netherlands at Yusen Logistics Benelux and Certified Customs Broker Supervisor at Base Logistics. He has also worked in various roles within GvanB Logistics, where he served clients such as Wassink Koeriers BV, CirExpress St. Maarten, and SeaTrucks Group ltd. Additionally, he previously held a shore representative position at CGGVeritas.

Guido has demonstrated a passion for sharing his expertise and knowledge with others, having been a guest speaker on Entrepreneurial Behavior at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Certified Trainer & Reseller of the Magaya Cargo System at Guido van Broekhoven - Magaya Corporation. He has also worked as a personal trainer.
