He served in various leadership positions at SAP and played a key role in revolutionizing the way software architecture was designed. As the Chief Architect for SAP Business by Design, he helped build one of SAP's most profitable cloud-based ERP solutions. Pecht is recognized for his vision, passion for challenging the status quo, and his ability to combine creativity with discipline to bring innovation to businesses.

Pecht holds an Engineer's degree in Digital Communication Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Mannheim. He currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer for Small and Medium Enterprises at SAP.
