Grzegorz Kania

With a strong background in Investor Relations, financial reporting under various frameworks, and expertise in tax, legal, and regulatory compliance, Grzegorz is well-versed in corporate governance and risk management. He is adept at restructuring business processes to optimize efficiency and performance, with a focus on staff management and development across multiple locations.

His specialties include financial and strategic planning, IPOs, budget preparation and control, staff management and development, stock exchange reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, crisis management, business restructuring, as well as insurance and risk management.

Grzegorz Kania holds an M.Sc. in Management and Marketing from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and has completed a visiting student program in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Greenwich.

Throughout his career, Grzegorz has held key financial leadership positions in prominent organizations. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Huuuge Games, Agora SA, Onet - RAS Polska Group, BLStream, and also worked as a Freelance Consultant to the Chief Financial Officer at UPC Polska.

Prior to these roles, he gained valuable experience as the Business Planning & Reporting Director (Deputy CFO) at UPC Polska, CEE Supply & Distribution Finance Deputy Controller at Shell Europe Oil Products, Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and IS Analyst at WINUEL SA.
