Grzegorz Inglot has over twelve years of diverse experience within the organizational structure of the family business, INGLOT, a global manufacturing company with distribution and franchise channels.

Starting from production processes to sales, management advising, and heading departments like E-commerce, PR, and Marketing, Grzegorz is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the beauty market, wholesale and retail sales, and enterprise development.

His educational background includes a Master of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the University of Warsaw, complemented by leadership training at the Center for Leadership.

Throughout his career, Grzegorz held various key roles at INGLOT, such as Head of Marketing and Public Relations, Vice President Operations, and Advisor to the Board for Global Expansion, showcasing his expertise in project management, strategic planning, and business development.

He has also gained valuable experience through internships at PwC's Mergers and Acquisitions department, further enhancing his skills in consulting, analysis, and negotiation.

With a solid foundation in economic sciences and a hands-on approach to leadership, Grzegorz specializes in driving growth through innovative development strategies that encompass R&D, sales, legal, and marketing aspects of the business.
