    Gruner Paul completed his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Cincinnati and pursued his studies at Fairmont West.

    Throughout his career, he has been associated with esteemed organizations such as the Montgomery County Engineer's Office where he served as the Montgomery County Engineer and Chief Deputy Engineer.

    He has also been involved with We Care Arts as a Board Member, the I 70-75 Development Association as a Member, and held the position of Senior Vice President and Civil Engineer at Gresham, Smith and Partners.

    His professional journey includes being a Partner and Civil Engineer at Woolpert, Inc., as well as maintaining connections through the University of Cincinnati Alumni Association and serving as a Member of Rotary International.
