Groom Dinkneh is a seasoned startup founder with over three years of experience leading growth and strategy tackling high last-mile delivery challenges for brands. He focuses primarily on brands not selling or fulfilling through Amazon. Groom has previously built a network of parcel lockers throughout New York City, creating local pickup points for online orders, which has captured 15k parcels moving through the network. He is passionate about his contribution to helping partner landlords automate parcel delivery reducing operating costs significantly. Groom has also executed a go-to-market strategy for his products, leveraging retail storefronts as touchpoints to receive/return online orders. Groom targets key logistics/supply chain stakeholders at digitally advanced brands. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Groom spent over four years at a boutique investment firm as an underwriter trading debt instruments for institutional clients. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University, and he has also studied Business Economics and Finance at the University of Alcala. Groom has been a Brand Manager at Thrasio, previously a Community Curator at The Village Collective, and a Public Speaker at Badassery. Moreover, Groom is an expert in Urban Retail, Urban "Last Mile" Logistics, Revenue Growth Hacking, Mentorship, and Volunteerism. For Groom, building tools that make team building data-driven, streamlined, and collaborative is his passion. A native New Englander living in the Big Apple, he often uses an excuse to escape the city for a hike or bike ride.
