Gretta Whalen

Gretta Whalen is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in communications and media. She currently serves as the Internal Communications Manager at the prestigious Rand Corporation, a role she took on in March 2018. Prior to joining Rand, Gretta held various positions where she honed her expertise in messaging, content creation, public relations, and more.

With a strong educational foundation, Gretta holds a B.A. in communications from Brigham Young University and an M.A. in English literature from California State University, Los Angeles. Her academic journey also includes studies at West High School in Salt Lake City.

Throughout her career, Gretta has contributed her skills and knowledge to several notable organizations. She has served as the Communications Director at Hadley Impact, worked as a Writing Instructor at California State University, Los Angeles, and showcased her writing and editing talents as a Journalist at The Hollywood Reporter.
