Greig Blackler

Greig Blackler is the Managing Director of BlackYARD Engineering, located in Wanaka. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is a Chartered Professional Electrical Engineer.

With a background as an industrial electrician at the Tiwai Point Aluminium Smelter, Greig has a robust foundation of technical and practical experience.

Greig's expertise lies in the design, documentation, administration, and delivery of various electrical services including energy, power, lighting, structured cabling, security, and intelligent building management systems.

His professional journey includes roles such as Director at Pacific Consulting Group Limited, Project Manager/Engineer at Honeywell, Electrical Engineer at Opus International Consultants, and Industrial Electrician at New Zealand Aluminium Smelter.

He completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with Honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Canterbury.
