Gregory Zamfotis

Gregory Zamfotis, hailing from a background deeply rooted in the food industry, made a significant shift from a trajectory in finance and law to establish his successful venture in specialty coffee. Despite his father's fast-casual restaurant business, Gregory pursued a dual concentration in Finance and Operations Management along with a minor in Philosophy at Boston University, graduating magna cum laude. Following this, he delved into law studies at Brooklyn Law School, passing the New York State Bar exam. However, his passion for coffee led him to found Gregorys Coffee, a notable brand embracing innovation in the specialty coffee domain. Over a span of twelve years, Gregory has scaled his business to thirty retail locations, with expansions in progress, showcasing his commitment to revolutionize the industry.
