Gregory Svirnovskiy

Gregory Svirnovskiy is a skilled journalist and writer with a focus on the intersection of sports and politics. Currently studying for his Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at Northwestern University, he is also a Communications Intern at Children's Defense Fund. In the past, Gregory has worked as a Congressional Reporter for Medill News Service, a Law Intern at Stowell and Friedman Ltd., and served as President for the Northwestern University Chapter at Society of Professional Journalists. He has also held positions as Web Editor and Sports Editor at The Daily Northwestern and was Editor In Chief of Jewish Light Ohr Chadash and Marquette Messenger at St. Louis Jewish Light. Gregory is proficient in editing, journalism, the Adobe suite, and social media, and will graduate in 2022 with a Master's Degree in journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, along with a second degree in history.
