Gregory Kelly

Gregory Kelly is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for serving others and building communities. His career goals revolve around providing exceptional support throughout the customer journey while leading positive changes.
Gregory possesses extensive expertise in clinical trials, particularly specializing in eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments). With almost a decade of experience in this field, he has successfully managed over 70 clinical trials using eCOA solutions.
At Novo Nordisk, Gregory provided operational leadership for 30 studies and at AstraZeneca, he acted as a Program Manager supporting over 100 studies. Additionally, he has been instrumental in mentoring project management peers, leading training workshops, and driving various continuous improvement initiatives.
In his current role at ERT, Gregory serves as a Program Manager, leveraging his eCOA subject matter expertise to support UK sites and act as a liaison between Project Management, Relationship Management, and Product Management.
Gregory's educational background includes a BA in English Writing, Communication & Rhetoric from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, alongside studies in English Language and Literature at Middlesex University. He also attended Carver High School.
Throughout his career, Gregory has held various positions, including roles at ERT as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Associate Project Manager. Prior to ERT, he worked at PHT Corporation in a senior project coordination role. His early experiences include roles at Middleboro Youth Advocates as a Student-Youth Liaison, at Lifehouse Church as a Youth Director, and at Starbucks Coffee Company and Kiskadee Coffee Company in customer service roles.
