Gregory Kading

Gregory Kading is a finance professional with a passion for assisting early to mid-stage businesses in financial planning, investment analysis, and financing. His expertise lies in helping companies understand the financial implications of their decisions and focusing on key performance metrics to drive growth. He has a track record of establishing financial processes and corporate infrastructure to facilitate business expansion.

In his recent role as the head of finance at a venture-backed biotechnology firm, Gregory played a pivotal role in the successful commercial launch of the company's first product. He managed financings exceeding $50 million, recruited and developed key personnel, and implemented an ERP system, all while overseeing significant company growth.
