Gregor Arimany is a finance professional with a solid background in corporate development, investment banking, and corporate finance, coupled with an engineering background and an international upbringing spanning Latin America and the USA.

With an MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, Gregor has demonstrated expertise in mergers & acquisitions, raising capital, credit analysis, financial modeling, and corporate development and strategy, among other key financial areas.

Gregor Arimany's proven leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills have been honed through his extensive experience in evaluating complex transactions through rigorous financial analysis and due diligence.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and German, Gregor Arimany has a keen understanding of capital structure analysis and optimization, particularly in the Latin America finance landscape.

Formerly holding key positions such as Head of Corporate Development, Latin America at Nord Anglia Education, Corporate Development Senior Manager (Americas) at Nord Anglia Education, and Corporate Manager (M&A and New Business) at Corporación Multi Inversiones, Gregor Arimany's career highlights include roles in investment banking at Pan American Finance and civil engineering positions at AECOM and ADA Engineering, Inc.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Gregor Arimany is driven by a passion for music, specifically playing the piano and drums.
