Greg Welch is a seasoned executive leadership professional with over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles at Spencer Stuart, a prestigious global executive leadership firm.
Specializing in CEO, CMO, and Board of Director searches, he has led over 800 senior searches for top consumer companies in various organizational structures.
As a recognized industry expert, Greg is a frequent speaker, thought leader, and mentor, contributing to publications like Harvard Business Review, the WSJ, and Adweek.
He served as the Practice Lead for the Sales, Marketing, and Communications team, also as the Global Practice Leader and launched the Marketing Officer Practice at Spencer Stuart.
Co-Author of 'Good for Business: The Rise of the Conscious Corporation,' Greg is also a Co-Founder of the World 50 group and the creator of Spencer Stuart's annual CMO Summit.
Prior to Spencer Stuart, he held leadership roles at Nabisco Foods, Colgate-Palmolive, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Nestlé.
Greg is actively involved in various organizations, having served as a Trustee and Board Member for Rush University Medical Center, a Board Member and Golf Chairman at Skokie Country Club, and part of the Dean's Advisory Council at Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising from Indiana University and transferred to the Miami, FL office of Spencer Stuart in October 2019.
