Greg Viggiano, PhD PMP

Greg Viggiano, PhD PMP, is a highly experienced product and project manager whose expertise spans multiple industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, and retail. With a degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University and a PhD in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Florida State University, Greg utilizes statistical and econometric models to help clients derive meaning and interpret vast datasets, providing actionable, data-driven answers to key questions. His experience with AI and process automation has helped clients identify causalities, predict outcomes, and refine existing data sources. Greg is also skilled in designing, analyzing, and interpreting experimentation results to drive new data collection and data preparation for large datasets. With excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, Greg helps teams optimize productivity, quality, and creativity, leading to improved business processes.

Greg has held multiple positions, including Senior Product Manager roles at AT&T, Concert Communications, and Intelsat. He has also served as Senior Consultant at Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General and as Principal at Trio Products LLC. His philanthropic work includes a pro bono role as Executive Director of the Museum of Science Fiction.
