As PM for our Mobile Experience team, I define and lead the roadmap for our guest app, which is the primary digital touchpoint for Sonder guests and core to our mission of reimagining the future of travel through technology and design.

• Worked cross-functionally and with Senior Leadership team to define the medium and long-term roadmap for the guest app.
• Launched redesign of the primary "stays" (reservations) page, driving higher rates of engagement and self-service.
• Launched a series of features to empower guests to self-serve early check-in and late check out requests. 
• Launched on-demand housekeeping feature.

Triparound is an innovative tech start-up whose mission is to change the way people travel by equipping hotel concierges, travel advisors and activity providers with an easy to use instant-booking engine for activities and experiences.

Product and Business Development (MBA Intern)

• Designed and executed pilot of new consumer offering from concept to launch in five weeks
• Defined user journey and technical requirements for experimental grocery feature in Sonder’s guest app, as well as operational workflows to support pilot
• Created framework to evaluate 11 services, drawing on qualitative and quantitative user research to gauge demand
• Assessed >20 potential strategic partners and led four BD conversations that yielded three NDAs signed for further discussion

Product Manager (MBA Intern)

• Launched overhaul of core BI system used to draft and assess recipes against operational KPIs 
• Reduced time required to evaluate recipes against cost targets by ~30% through new data integrations and UI enhancements that eliminated redundant data entry
• Developed methodology to translate historical, regional ingredient cost data into forward-looking, national price estimates for raw ingredient SKUs
• Defined technical requirements and managed project with software contractor to develop a bespoke cost-management tool
• Managed Associate that oversaw critical BI systems, workflow improvements and product modifications
• Independently screened, interviewed, on-boarded and managed summer interns

• Proposed and executed a self-guided cost analysis of food and beverage program for a 500-room resort, helping identify losses due to underpriced meal plans; findings used to negotiate increased rates with travel agencies ahead of subsequent season.
• Built initial valuation models used to evaluate four prospective acquisition targets in Spain and the Caribbean.
