Greg Mrva

Greg Mrva is a highly successful investment professional, entrepreneur, and accomplished attorney with a strong educational background. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School. Mrva has spent his career building businesses and advising some of the biggest names in the tech industry.

Mrva was formerly Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Yahoo, where he worked on strategic acquisitions and investments including the $1billion acquisition of Tumblr. He has also held executive roles at StubHub and TPG Global, where he helped lead investments in companies such as Airbnb, Uber, and Spotify.
