Greg Maxwell, a former naval officer with a distinguished career in the military, has become a respected leader in the defense and commercial industries. He is currently the Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems sector, where he oversees strategic planning and execution of supply chain operations. With over 900 professionals under his leadership, Greg is responsible for the procurement and execution of $4B in material and services spend with 7000 suppliers. Prior to this, he served 8 years with Raytheon, holding various positions including Director of Material Program Management for $1.3B Mission Support Operations business.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Greg later earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. With a deep and diverse background in supply chain management, Greg is known for his expertise in SCM technology management, compliance, policy and training, SCM operations, and logistics and government property management. He has taken on leadership roles with a number of organizations including being a Board Member at LIFT ME UP!, an organization for Therapeutic Riding.
With a wealth of experience in both commercial and defense industries, Greg's career has taken him across multiple organizations, including several successful start-ups where he has gained significant industrial marketing and product management experience. He has honed valuable experience in strategic planning, sourcing, pricing, and proposal support.
