Prior to his current role, Greg spent 7 years at Forum Real Estate Group, where he excelled in acquiring over 9,000 apartment units, managing debt financing, and overseeing asset management. From acquiring stabilized properties to implementing value-add strategies, Greg has comprehensive experience across multifamily ownership. His expertise extends to dealing with various property classes in quality locations.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Greg actively contributes to the community. He serves on the Board and Property/Finance Committee for Rocky Mountain Communities, a non-profit organization dedicated to affordable housing. Additionally, Greg is involved with ACE Scholarships, helping underprivileged children access better educational opportunities.
