Greg Kamps
Pv Design Manager at Elemental Energy
Greg Kamps is a Senior Design Engineer at Mayfield Renewables with 17 years of experience in the solar industry.1 He began his career in renewables in 2007 with Mr. Sun Solar, where he manufactured and managed the installation of solar water heating systems.1 In 2013, Greg transitioned to PV system design and has since led design teams for multiple Portland-based contractors before joining Mayfield Renewables in 2020.1

Greg has a B.A. in Geography with a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon.1
In addition to his role at Mayfield Renewables, Greg serves as the Committee Chair for RE-JATC 1126, an apprenticeship committee approved by the Oregon State Apprenticeship and Training Council.2
