Greg Dryden is a seasoned Senior Vice President with a rich background in the financial services industry, showcasing expertise in Real Estate Acquisitions, Underwriting, Special Servicing, Asset Management, Dispositions, Commercial Mortgage-Backed Security (CMBS), and Valuation.

He pursued a BA in Marketing & Real Estate from the University of North Texas, providing him with a solid foundation in both business and real estate studies.

Greg has held key positions in prominent organizations, including being the US Head of Real Estate Acquisitions and a former Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Officer at Aegon Asset Management. He also served as the SVP/Special Servicing - Capital Markets at AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC, VP/Senior Acquisitions Officer, Chief Appraiser, and Review Appraiser at the same institution.

With his vast experience, Greg Dryden also worked as a Senior Review Appraiser at Bank of America, and earlier in his career, he was a Commercial Appraiser at both The Jay Massey Company and McRoberts & Company, showcasing his well-rounded expertise in real estate valuation and analysis.
