Throughout his career, Greg Dillon has undergone a multitude of specialized training programs and courses to enhance his skills and knowledge in various areas related to law enforcement and criminal justice, including project management, crime analysis, narcotics investigations, and gang identification.

He has held several notable positions in law enforcement agencies, including roles at the FBI and the Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice, where he served in supervisory and inspector capacities across different units such as the Elder Abuse Unit, Gang & Continuing Criminal Activity Bureau, Fugitive Squad, Workers' Compensation Fraud Control Bureau, and Economic Crime Bureau.

Greg Dillon has also contributed to the fitness and recreational industry, having been involved in owning and coaching at CrossFit gyms like CrossFit Cheshire and CrossFit 13 Stars. Additionally, he has experience as the President of Quandary, an Escape Room Experience.
