While on the Custom products team I was promoted to Marketing Manager for growing the business from $75MM to over $100MM in business in two years.

In April of 2018 I was moved to the Baby Gear team where I was responsible for managing our Global business in the Bath and Training categories (High Chair's, Tub's, Booster's and Potties).

Following this in August of 2018 I was asked to start a new Marketing Operations team responsible for ensuring accuracy and accountability in our process and reporting. I was offered this role due to my unique understanding of product development and current marketing practices along with my deep knowledge of the Mattel systems architecture.

Upon transitioning to the Custom Products team in September 2014 I was directly responsible for the $75MM business.

Custom Products at Fisher-Price consists of leveraging items we currently have and creating exclusive opportunities for our retailers for the following core brands Newborn, Infant Toy, Laugh & Learn, Little People, Preschool Thinking and Imaginext.

I instituted a new development and communication process which helped grow the business to $105MM in 2015. The process required buy in from our D&D counterparts and all of our global subsidiaries from the SVP level down.

In April 2015 the team received additional headcount in order to handle the volume of the business. I was appointed the group lead responsible for maintaining and improving the process further as well as interfacing with the upper levels of our organization when necessary.

Associate Marketing Manager

Within the Imaginext brand I am responsible for global product strategy and marketing, working with our worldwide subsidiaries to create programs and plans to drive global growth. I have maintained my responsibility for our group financials and continue to oversee product development within my areas or responsibility. Through this time I transitioned to work on our Loving Family & DoodlePro brands Working on an update to the Loving Family line and a new more contemporary design for DoodlePro.

Product marketing on our preschool brands including Loving Family, GeoTrax, Hero World and Imaginext. Specifically on national and Global product development and marketing. I have also been responsible for global product strategy and marketing initiatives.
