Greg Bates

Greg Bates is the President and CEO of GID, a vertically-integrated real estate investor, operator, developer, and fiduciary.24 He assumed the role of CEO in January 2021, in addition to his position as President.5 Bates is responsible for corporate strategy development, overall management of the company, and serves on GID's Executive Committee and various Investment Committees.14
