Greg A Vital is an experienced Entrepreneur and Company Founder/CEO with over 35 years of expertise in health care operations and medical real estate development.

His skills encompass Business development, Budgeting, Marketing and Communications, Business Planning, Investments and capital formation, real estate syndications, Capital Markets, Mentoring, and Nonprofit Organizations.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Greg A Vital is deeply committed to philanthropy, particularly in environmental and land conservation, national parks, educational scholarships, and senior care causes.

He is currently involved with Morning Pointe Senior Living, overseeing more than 35 senior care and Alzheimer's care centers across 5 Mid-South states, employing a workforce of over 1600 associates.

Greg pursued a BS in Business Administration at Southern Adventist University and also studied Economics at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

His extensive involvement in various organizations includes roles such as State Representative at State of Tennessee, Board Member at Tennessee Valley Corridor, Thrive Regional Partnership, and First Horizon Bank, among others.

Moreover, Greg A Vital has contributed significantly as the Chairman, President, and Co-Founder of Morning Pointe Senior Living and Independent Healthcare Properties, as well as in leadership positions in conservation-focused organizations like the National Parks Conservation Association and The Land Trust for Tennessee.
