Graziano De Ponte is a seasoned UX professional with over 14 years of experience in defining, designing, and delivering service-driven experiences across various channels. He is knowledgeable in undertaking user research, designing user journeys and wireframes, rapidly incorporating user feedback, and adaptive and responsive methodologies. Additionally, he has over nine years of experience managing designers and leading project teams in banking, telco, media, automotive, and luxury markets.
