Grayden Holubar

Grayden Holubar is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Associate Director of People Ops at Artsy.

With a background in Art and Archaeology from Princeton University, Gray has excelled in various roles at Artsy, from People Operations Manager to People Strategy Lead.

Gray's expertise lies in People Operations, Workplace Teams management, HR strategy & design, compensation, leadership coaching, talent development, and people analytics.

Aside from his corporate responsibilities, Gray has shared his knowledge as a guest lecturer at Santa Clara University and industry events hosted by Glassdoor, Lattice, and Sequoia.

He actively engages in professional networking, leading a discussion group for People and HR leaders in NY tech companies, and contributes to promoting racial equity in tech through volunteering with organizations like 81cents.

Before joining Artsy, Gray enhanced his skills as a Teaching Fellow with Princeton in Asia, teaching English at Zhejiang University of Technology in Hangzhou, China.

Gray's academic achievements include a magna cum laude B.A. in Art and Archaeology, with a focus on architecture, design, and technology, from Princeton University.

His senior thesis explored the intersection of work theory, office architecture, and information technology in today's society.

Outside academia, Gray actively participated in the student dance community at Princeton University, being a member of two dance companies and serving as President of the Princeton University Ballet.
