Gratiana Pol, Ph.D. is an accomplished marketing expert with a vast amount of experience in the business world. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and her Master of Science in Marketing from Hanken School of Economics. Gratiana continued her studies and received her Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing, Psychology, and Philosophy at the University of Southern California. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Hyperthesis, a company focused on helping businesses make data-driven decisions.

Gratiana has worked as an Internet Marketing Manager at Cheng Design and as a Ph.D. Candidate and Research Assistant at the University of Southern California. She also served as a Teaching Assistant at Johannes Kepler University and as a Marketing Intern at Theron Business Consulting.
