    Grant Rogers is a scientifically-minded consultant and educator with over a decade of experience in Europe and the Americas. He has a strong background in client-facing roles, scientific projects, technical support & training, and data analysis in corporate and academic settings.

    With dual master's degrees in physics and marine science, Grant has acquired a diverse skill set necessary for proficiently delivering and teaching intricate professional work.

    His educational journey includes studies at Castle Douglas High School, where he delved into the realms of MSc Marine Biodiversity and Biotechnology and MPhys Computational Physics at Heriot-Watt University, excelling in both fields.

    Throughout his career, Grant has been associated with prestigious organizations such as the University of Southampton as a GIS Researcher, DMAD - Marine Mammals Research Organisation as a GIS Instructor & Research Scientist, IMEDEA (CSIC-UIB) as a GIS & R Services Consultant, and OIKO LOGICA as an Environmental & GIS Services Consultant.

    Additionally, he has served as a Teacher of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Baleares International College, Palma; Marine Data Scientist at Socib; GIS Technician & Trainer at Archipelagos, Institute of Marine Conservation; Technical Consultant at Tobii Pro; Research Fellow at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute; SDK Support Engineer at Tobii Technology AB, and Spanish Solaris Technical Support at Sun Microsystems.

    Grant is currently seeking new challenges in the realms of education, marine science, GIS/Surveying, and local conservation projects, where his wealth of experience and expertise can be effectively leveraged.
