Currently associated with Clarus Fortior, Grant specializes in assisting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with turnovers ranging from £1m to £15m and staff sizes from 10 to 100. He brings extensive knowledge and expertise to help SME owners and managers navigate challenges and seek growth opportunities.

His team at Clarus Fortior offers a wealth of experience, having been involved in founding multi-million Pound startups, managing businesses through to approximately £100m exits and sales. They cater to various sectors including Law, Manufacturing, Project Management, M&A, Accountancy, PR, Branding, IT, Telecommunication, and Corporate Supplies. Providing hands-on support on a contractual basis, they also facilitate connections with other dedicated business leaders and resources.
