Graham Major is a highly accomplished legal and technical professional with over a decade of experience in leading global and EMEA teams. He is the founder of GJM talent, a company that provides clients with his vast knowledge and expertise in various industries, with a particular passion for the tech space. Graham has a broad background that has enabled him to focus on contract drafting, recruitment planning, sourcing strategy, and execution, and he also excels in mentoring and training. As the former head of an EMEA-wide shared service function at WHCG, Graham oversaw a team of more than 100 resource professionals across different locations. He has also set up several centers from scratch, enabling teams to unlock their full potential and create stars of tomorrow.

Graham holds a degree in Employment Law from The Open University and has served as a Technical TA Lead (EMEA & Americas) at Ant Financial and formerly at WorldFirst. Besides his professional endeavors, Graham enjoys watching football and devotes his time being a family man.
