Graham de Barra is a highly qualified human rights activist, who has made an indelible impact in his field through his dedication and commitment. Graham studied Human Rights and International Drug Control at Central European University and International Human Rights Law at the National University of Ireland, Galway, where he graduated with honors. Apart from his academic qualifications, Graham has also held various leadership positions, including Secretary, Board of Directors at Students for Sensible Drug Policy and Founder & CEO at Festy. Graham is best known for his work as the Founder of Help Not Harm, an organisation that advocates for harm reduction and evidence-based drug policies. Additionally, he Co-Founded Provenance Events, a company that creates authentic and sustainable experiences for the hospitality industry. Graham has also had the privilege of working with the Council of Europe as a Stagière, displaying his versatile skillset.
