Chair of the largest medical cannabis conference at the European Parliament in Brussels and founder of the Global Medical Cannabis Summit in Dublin, my role as spokesperson for the campaign for action to governments of the EU.

Help Not Harm has acted as an adviser to Ireland's National Drugs Strategy 2017 with input on the Education and Prevention committee spreading evidence for the effectiveness of health-based drug policies and festival drug testing.

After working in drug welfare at Boomtown, the idea came to develop a tech solution to enable Bitcoin payments, access control and medical information to enable a safer festival environment. This led to the conception of the first product within the FESTY payments and analytics ecosystem, a wristband powered by blockchain. 

Festy is the first cryptocurrency integration at major music festivals including SXSW and Electric Picnic.

After initiating a local civil rights campaign around drug policy reform as a college student, I was provided a scholarship to participate in a conference in Denver, Colorado by SSDP in 2012 where I was elected as the first ever international board member.

At this time the organisation sought to expand it's presence internationally. Being based outside of the USA, I could help the organisation to realise this goal. I founded the International Outreach Committee and recruited students all over the world. During my term I helped to expand the number of active international chapters by leading open webinars, training workshops, university talks and organising conferences. Some of the places where I have presented and worked with SSDP include Colorado, The George Washington University, United Nations (Vienna), University of Toronto, University of Galway, Trinity College Dublin and University College Cork.

I represented the organisation as the consultant to the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs in 2013 and 2014 in Vienna, Austria on a panel "Protecting Youth: Criminalisation has Failed". Here I led a panel discussion among leading figures of civil society, policy-makers and nation state delegates. Student attendance at the U.N. was nonexistent within the organisation when I began and I directly registered seven students as consultants and secured university scholarships for them to attend. It was my opinion that international politics was lacking a youth voice and I succeeded in making a change and setting a precedent at the UNODC for more youth attendance.
