Graeme Baguley

Graeme Baguley is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with a successful track record in both practice and industry, particularly with multinational listed companies. His expertise lies in Financial Accounting, encompassing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Standards. He specializes in Finance Process and Control Design, COSO framework, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Finance Assurance utilizing Data Analytic techniques and Three Lines of Defence models. Graeme is driven by leveraging his experience and skills to facilitate risk assessment and implement effective solutions for finance teams.

Graeme Baguley pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (Honours) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance (Honours) from the University of Cape Town.

In his professional journey, Graeme has held pivotal roles, including Group Finance Controls and Assurance Lead at BT, where he currently contributes his expertise. Previously, he served as the Competition Finance Transformation Senior Finance Leader at BT and as an Audit Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.
