Grady Crosby

He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in political science and business administration from Howard University.

With a background in law, Crosby has occupied various high-ranking positions in prestigious organizations. He has served as the Chief Sustainability and Impact Officer, Vice President Enterprise ESG, and Vice President Public Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer at Northwestern Mutual.

In addition, Crosby has held roles as Vice President and Global General Counsel at Johnson Controls, overseeing diverse segments such as Power Solutions Americas and Global Aftermarket. Prior to that, he worked as an Assistant General Counsel at Hanesbrands Inc.
